Kung Fu is a traditional martial art which focuses on practical self-defence and a holistic approach to health and fitness. The specific style of Kung Fu taught is Po Kek, its origins stemming from Chu Lai Fut, Thai Chi and Ba Goi. Dr Peter Lewis is the senior instructor (Sifu) with training in martial arts for over 30 Years. While tradition has its priceless root values, Dr Peter Lewis and his assistant instructors take a holistic approach towards martial arts which means self defence techniques from other martial art styles have also been incorporated. As a result the style has become even more effective, practical and diverse.
